Is anyone else tired of Emmy coverage already? The good news is it is almost out of the news cycle for another year.
And speaking of the next Emmys, will ABC snub one of its biggest shows again next year like it did yesterday?
ABC put together a "Year in Reality" montage during last night's broadcast, which featured highlights from the biggest reality shows of the year - not including ABC's The Bachelor.
Host Chris Harrison took to Twitter to vent.
“Epic fail #abc huge slap,” he said.
Bachelor producer Mike Fleiss Tweeted about it as well.
“This was a slap in the face to all #Bachelornation”
It was not just nominated shows featured in the montage. While those shows -- The Amazing Race, Dancing With the Stars, Project Runway, So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef andThe Voice – were included, other shows also were, such as Jersey Shore and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
ABC is expected to announce its next bachelor very soon. He will be the 17th bachelor. Shooting of that season began four days ago.
You would think ABC would do better quality control than that. It obviously was just a minor oversight, but why not feature your shows when you get the chance? This seems more like a dumb move that NBC would make than ABC.
