Olympic "bad boy" Ryan Lochte has spoken out about Seth MacFarlane's impression of him from Saturday Night Live's season premiere, where MacFarlane portrayed him as a slow-witted fool.
And he is not happy.
"I'm going to let whatever Seth MacFarlane did, I'm just going to let it be and just move forward," said the self-unaware Lochte. "But anytime Seth wants to race me in a pool, I'll be more than happy to."
Yeah, kick some sand in his face!
Lochte has a history of challenging people at the drop of a hat. He raced Prince Harry in Las Vegas only hours before the royal was caught, literally, with his pants down.
Lochte is trying to use his newfound notoriety as a springboard into a TV career. He recently wrapped up guest shots on 30 Rock and 90210, as well as tried to force his way into being ABC's newest Bachelor.
He was not that comfortable on 90210.
"A lot of stuff comes into play when you're acting. There is like different places where you have to be, different facial expressions, hand gestures, just everything comes into play, just for like one little scene. It's crazy," Lochte said.
But being on 30 Rock was easier and more relaxed, due to Alec Baldwin.
"He was just like, 'Be yourself,'" Lochte says. "And he kind of made it ... a little more easy to work with because he was just goofing off the whole time."
