Is the next great Hollywood rivalry here? It appears that way, as the battle lines have been drawn between two of the most charismatic celebrities of this or any generation: Christoper Walken and Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson.
You may recall that last week a video aired of Walken, Sam Rockwell and Colin Farrell doing parts from Here Comes Honey Boo, the TLC hit that has swept the nation. And while the Thompson family didn't find South Park's mocking of them funny, they appear to not be that angry at Walken and Company.
In a sequel of sorts to last week's The Screen Junkies Show, host Hal Rudnick had the Honey Boo Boo and her mom, "The Coupon Queen" June Shannon, do quotes from Walken. One small problem was that Shannon said she had "never seen one of his material."
The two divas proceeded to do passsages from Balls of Fury, Pulp Fiction, Catch Me If You Can, True Romance and, of course, the Saturday Night Live "More Cowbell!" sketch.
Here is the video:
What do you think - do they have a future in film? How much more time is left on their 15 minutes? Do you find these videos cute or a waste of time?
