After a week off, the fifth and final season of FOX's sci-fi series Fringe will make its triumphant return with the fourth episode of the season, "The Bullet That Saved the World." The episode is a great one -- one of the best in recent memory, actually -- featuring plenty of action, drama, the return of Broyles (Lance Reddick), and a character death that will undoubtedly have a major emotional impact on the series. There's also a very cool callback to "Ability," one of the better episodes of the first season.
Some new promotional photos from the episode show many of the characters in dire straits, with the Observers closing in on the lab -- and our heroes. These promotional photos are pretty menacing, and if they don't get you anxious for Friday's episode, I just don't know what will.
"The Bullet That Saved the World" airs this Friday, October 26, at 9/8c on FOX. Are you excited for this episode? (If you're not, you should be.)
