As the election draws nearer, endorsements have started to rain down on both candidates. None have really been that surprising so far, bar maybe this one: film maker Joss Whedon endorsing Mitt Romney.
Whedon does not agree with Romney's stances on women's rights, the economy or gay marriage, but he does believe that Romney is the man who can deal with the zombie apocalypse.
"Romney is ready to make the deep rollbacks in healthcare, education, social services, reproductive rights that will guarantee poverty, unemployment, overpopulation, disease, rioting -- all crucial elements in creating a nightmare zombie wasteland," he says in the video. "But it's his commitment to unregulated corporate privilege that will nosedive this economy into true insolvency and chaos."
Whedon, who created the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Firefly and Dollhouse, is known for his activism on LGBT issues and calls himself a liberal. He donated $35,000 last year to President Barack Obama.
Whedon says in the video that zombies do not bother Romney.
"Mitt's not afraid to face a ravening grasping hoard of subhumans -- because that's how he sees poor people already," Whedon says.
Here is the video. What do you think? I enjoyed it, but think Obama would do pretty well against zombies as well.
No, I understood it. I think Obama's Kenyan Muslim roots would help him teach us all parkour.

"but think Obama would do pretty well against zombies as well."
Hummm. That suggests that you've missed the point. Joss isn't saying that Romney would 'do pretty well against' zombies, he's saying that Romney is the zombies best friend and, if elected, will do everything he can to convert *more* people into zombies. It's a great smear 'ad'!!

Too bad republicans don't (can't?) read, and will just "score another for Romney".
