Last night saw a return to normal for Thursday, as CBS won both the demo and total viewer contests.
The Big Bang Theory dropped two tenths, but still easily crushed everything else in demos and totals. Lead out Two and a Half Men actually went up four tenths. Person Of Interest matched last week, while Elementary hit a new series low. All in all, a solid, but not spectacular night of the Eye.
On FOX, The X-Factor matched last week, but lead out Glee tied a season low. ABC's Last Resort went up a tad from its last original episode, but is still drawing demos that spell cancellation. Grey's Anatomy also went up a little, while Scandal came in even with its last airing.
The Peacock had an underwhelming night, with The Voice scoring its lowest rated results show to date. On the other hand, The Office made big gains and rose above the 2.0 demo barrier that NBC comedies have had so much trouble breaking this year. Parks & Rec also went up, but remained below a 2.0. Rock Center dropped two tenths.
As for the C-dubs, The Vampire Diaries is holding steady with Arrow in the race to be the best rated show on the network, while Beauty and the Beast went up a small amount. At this point, Beast might manage to get renewed, but I'm not committing to a prediction yet.
