One Tree Hill - "Know This, We've Noticed" - In its final season premiere, Brooke and Julian adjust to life with their new children, while faces from the past return to interrupt everyone's future plans .  The CW, 8:00 - 9:00pm, ET

Whitney - "Private Parts" - Debuting in its new regular time slot, Whitney gets made at Jason for not sharing his cell phone password, and returns home after a break to find Alex in a compromising position.  NBC, 8:00 - 8:30pm, ET

Are You There, Chelsea? - "Pilot" - Originally titled "Are You There, Vodka?  It's Me, Chelsea" and based off the real life Chelsea Handler's autobiographies, Laura Prepon (That '70s Show) stars as Chelsea, vying to make changes in her life following a DUI along with Ali Wong as Chelsea's BFF, Lauren Lapkus as her roommate and Jake McDorman as her sports bar boss.  Handler plays her own big sister.  NBC, 8:30 - 9:00pm, ET

Harry's Law - "Gorilla My Dreams" - Smallville's Erica Durance guest stars as a woman who dispenses vigilant justice on abusive men by dressing up as Wonder Woman.  NBC, 9:00 - 10:00pm, ET

Modern Family - "Egg Drop" - Claire and Jay's competitive spirits lead to them taking over Luke and Manny's school egg-drop project, while Mitch and Cam meet with prospective birth mothers.  ABC, 9:00 - 9:30pm, ET

Happy Endings - "Meet the Parrots" - Michael McKean guest stars as Dave's father, who arrives in town to introduce his new girlfriend, shockingly enough Penny's mother (Megan Mullaly).  ABC, 9:30 - 10:00pm, ET

Face Off - "Season 2 Premiere" - Fourteen new contestants and make-up artists re-imagine characters from The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.  Syfy, 10:00 - 11:00pm, ET

Revenge - "Infamy" - Emily targets an author connected to the Graysons and the Clarkes, Jack lets his guard down with Amanda and a shocking revelation becomes a game changer.  ABC, 10:00 - 11:00pm, ET
