I guess we have finally found out what happens when people stop being polite and start getting real: jail.
David "Puck" Rainey, who rose to fame by being an obnoxious jerk on the third season of MTV's The Real World: San Francisco, is heading to prison after being convicted of stalking a woman. The stalking took place last winter.
The 44-year-old Puck stalked the unnamed woman on February 22 of this year. He plead no contest to the charges in April and, for his crime, he received two years in prison. He turned himself into Wasco State Prison in California on November 8.
It is suggested that, because he was sentenced to more than one year, that he violated a court order.
Puck is best known for his tumultuous relationship with Pedro Zamora during their Real World season in 1994. The duo famously argued over peanut butter and Puck took great job in antagonizing the HIV-positive and homosexual Zamora, which led to some accusing him of being a homophobe. Puck was kicked out of the house because of that relationship.
Rainey returned to the MTV fold for the Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Battle of the Sexes in 2002. Once there, Rainey continued his immature actions by feuding with David Edwards of The Real World: Los Angeles.
He also appeared in Eminem's music video for "Without Me."
