“Mad Men” star Jon Hamm is all set to lend his rugged handsome looks and comedic talent to the “We Hate Hurricanes” night of comedy in benefit of Sandy victims. Hamm will be serving as the Master of Ceremonies for the event, which is set to air on Saturday December 10th.

Hamm has in the past displayed both his ability to be a serious actor in his role as Donald Draper on “Mad Men”, and a lighthearted funny man in hosting and guest starring roles on “Saturday Night Live”. Hamm will be joined on stage by fellow actors and comedians, including Aziz Ansari, Will Ferrell and Sarah Silverman, with many more performers to be announced in the coming days.

Benefit attendees are sure to be blown away and knocked over (pardon my pun…) in fits of laughter, and all proceeds will benefit non-profit disaster relief organization AmeriCares.
