Dirty Randy, aka "That guy who looks like an illiterate Wolverine," will be crashing FX's "The League" once again!
As guest stars go, Seth Rogen's turn as Rafi's frequent co-conspirator and porn enthusiast has to rank among the best of the series. Additionally, producers have announced that Jeff Goldblum will reprise his role as Ruxin's father Rupert.
Rogen will make his anticipated return on the December 13th episode, which will find Dirty Randy and Rafi preparing for the end of the world, which he believes will fall on December 12th.
“If the world is indeed going to end, why wouldn’t Dirty Randy be a part of it?” asks The League co-creator Jackie Marcus Schaffer.
“There’s basically a show about 12-12-12, and Rafi and Dirty Randy are featured prominently,” adds co-creator Jeff Schaffer. No word on whether we will get a follow-up on the adventures of Dr. Andre No-Dick.
Meanwhile, Goldblum will return for the December 20th hour-long season finale, putting himself in the middle of a marital squabble between his son, played by Nick Kroll, and daughter-in-law, played by Nadine Velasquez. Hopefully we don't have to see his vinegar strokes again, as I'm still trying to bleach my brain of that image.
Be sure to check out a new episode of "The League" tonight on FX, and don't forget to join the discussion in the review thread soon after!
