Primetime Ratings, Saturday, 12/1/12 & Sunday, 12/2/12

The Saturday night sports-a-thon saw FOX's college football broadcast win the demo race, while CBS' college football game drew more total viewers. Both games easily outdrew NBC's annual telecast of the classic Christmas film "It's A Wonderful Life".

On Sunday, the status quo reigned, as NBC won in all metrics on the back of Sunday Night Football. In non-sports programming, FOX's Animation Domination block had a bad night, with new episodes of The Cleveland Show, Bob's Burgers, and American Dad all declining from their last outings. On ABC, America's Funniest Home Videos matched last week, as did Once Upon A Time. Revenge and the now canceled 666 Park Avenue both experienced small rises.

CBS' ratings were once again pretty screwy, due to a lengthy NFL overrun. This is the major reason I waited until today to post the weekend report, as I wanted to include the final CBS numbers, instead of just going by the preliminary totals.
