America's most famous drag queen is heading to Chicago.
RuPaul Charles will be appearing on an early 2013 episode of "Happy Endings," an ABC rep reported today. RuPaul will be appearing as the hairdresser of Alex (Elisha Cuthbert) and Jane (Eliza Coupe). The hairdresser agrees to take on Max (Adam Pally) as a new client and hilarity ensues.
RuPaul has a lot of experiencing on broadcast shows, appearing on 'Ugly Betty,' 'Walker, Texas Ranger,' 'Popular,' and 'Veronica's Closet,' to name a few.
Currently RuPaul can be seen on the LOGO reality competition 'RuPaul's Drag Race,' which is doing an All-Star season. A fifth season of the show is scheduled to premiere sometime in 2013.
'Happy Endings' also revealed that Stephen Guarino, who played the flamboyant Derrick, would be returning for the season finale. Derrick is a homosexual character who is brought into the picture after Penny complains that Max isn't being the gay best friend that she needs him to be. Later Derrick poses as her fake fiancee for a wedding, with him impersonating Danny Zuko from 'Grease' as a straight man.
I recently picked up both of the first two seasons of ‘Happy Endings’ at Best Buy, as a lot of people have told me it is hilarious. What do you think of it?
