Primetime Ratings, Tuesday, 12/11/12

Last night saw NBC win the key demo, while CBS continues to draw more total viewers.

On the Peacock, The Voice matched last week, while Howie Mandel's "Take It All" went up from last night's premiere. The better than normal lead-in helped the struggling Parenthood rise 11%, and match its season high. CBS' resident crime night didn't do so hot however, with NCIS dropping 22%, and its LA spin-off dipping a smaller amount. Vegas went down a bit as well.

ABC's annual broadcast of Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town dropped 23% from last December, while comedies Happy Endings and Don't Trust The B continue to bring in terrible sub-1.5 demos, as did Private Practice. FOX's comedy block had a decent night, with New Girl matching last week's numbers, and Raising Hope rising 21%. Unfortunately, The Mindy Project still came in below a 1.5. The CW's Hart Of Dixie rose 20% to an 0.6, but was counteracted by the bombing of A Muppets Christmas, which fell a whopping 56% from last year.
