As is usual for Thursday, CBS ran away with both the demo and total viewership races.
The Big Bang Theory rose 5% from last week's already great numbers, which helped bring up Two and a Half Men 4% as well. Person Of Interest and Elementary also experienced similar increases. CBS had a great night all around. On FOX, The X-Factor dropped 4%, while Glee dropped 9%. ABC's soon to be gone Last Resort matched last week, and the Shonda Rhimes block of Grey's Anatomy and Scandal both rose by single digit margins. Scandal's number was a series high in fact.
NBC led off the night with two new episodes of Up All Night, the first of which set a series low, and the second of which did only slightly better. Ouch. Take It All continues to suffer without The Voice as a lead-in, with night 4 drawing only a 1.2 demo. Rock Center rose 10%, managing to be the network's lone bright spot. On the C-dubs, Vampire Diaries stood strong, both matching last week and outdoing this week's broadcast of Arrow. This showing helped lead-out Beauty and the Beast climb 20%.
