Grace Phipps has found a new 'Baby Daddy.'
The actress, who has a recurring role on The CW's 'Vampires Diaries,' will be joining the ABC Family comedy 'Baby Daddy' in a role that will last two episodes but has the potential to become larger during the sitcom's second season.
Phipps will play Megan, a daycare manager who draws the attention of series star Ben (Jean-Luc Bilodeau), the twenty something who tries to adjust to life with a baby after an ex-girlfriend drops off the bundle of joy on his doorstep. Megan mistakenly believes that Ben and his friend Tucker (Tahj Mowry) are a couple, but after learning the truth, her interest rises.
The airdates of her two episodes have not been announced yet.
Phipps starred on ABC Family before, in 'The Nine Lives of Chloe King.' She also appeared in Disney's 'Teen Beach Musical.'
Matt Dallas, who starred on 'Kyle XY,' will also be appearing on this season of 'Baby Daddy.' The show returns in the spring.
‘Baby Daddy’ is a little outside of my television-viewing pattern – as is everything else that Ms. Phipps has appeared in. Has anyone seen any of her work? Is this a good move for the series?
