An “Alias” alum will play a rabbi on Fox’s “Touch” (no, this isn’t the beginning of a bad joke).

Ron Rifkin will play Isaac, a black- suit and yarmulke wearing rabbi in the second season finale of the show this spring.
D.B. Sweeney, Mykelti Williamson, Annie Wersching, John Boyd, Maria Bello, Frances Fisher, Lukas Haas and Saxon Sharbino are among actors making appearances on the Kiefer Sutherland drama’s second season.
Sutherland (“24”) stars as Martin Bohm in the supernatural drama. Bohm’s wife died during the September 11 attacks, and he takes care of a mute, emotionally- scarred son Jake (David Mazouz). Jake is fascinated by numbers and cell phones, and uses both as a means of communication.
Rifkin played bad guy Arvin Sloane on “Alias.” Rifkin, who has also appeared as Marvin Exley in “Brothers & Sisters,” is represented by Innovative.
Fox renewed “Touch” for a second season May 9. The season was originally to kick off Oct. 26, but “Kitchen Nightmares” ended up taking its slot. The season of the show had 13 episodes, and a bonus episode aired on Sept. 14.
The two- hour premiere of “Touch’s” second season is Friday, Feb. 8, on Fox.
