Fans of 'Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip' rejoice! Bradley Whitford will soon be guesting on an upcoming episode of 'Go On,' reuniting him with 'Studio' co-star Matthew Perry.

On Wednesday, Perry took to twitter to discuss filming the episode. "Working with Bradley Whitford again is so much fun," said Perry. "I mean, I wish we weren't in a hot tub together, but you can't ask for everything.#GoOn"
Whitford has been doing the guest-starring circuit of late, recently appearing on 'Parks & Recreation' On top of working together for the single surviving season of 'Studio 60,' Perry also played in Whitford's sandbox when he guest-starred in a three-episode arc of 'The West Wing,' the show Whitford is most famous for.
While best known for his role on 'The West Wing,' Whitford recently landed a starring role on the upcoming series 'Trophy Wife' also starring Malin Akerman. The ABC series will feature Whitford as a wealthy man with children from previous marriages who weds a younger party-girl (Akerman) who has to adapt to his family, lifestyle, and ex-wives.
There's no word yet on what Whitford's role will be on the series, but one thing is for sure: it'll be fun to see the actor cut loose. 'Studio 60' featured more restrained and realistic comedy than Perry's new hit sitcom and the new tonal setting should be a lot of fun of Whitford and Perry to play within.
'Go On' returns January 8 on NBC.
