Patrick Dempsey tries to save coffee company

I am not a fan of 'Grey's Anatomy' in the least. But I can get behind this story.

Patrick Dempsey, who stars on the series as "McDreamy" Dr. Derek Shepherd, is working to save Tully's Coffee, a Seattle-based coffee outfit that recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Tully's has nearly 50 shops across California and Washington state, as well as franchised or licensed locations across the country, as well as overseas. If it went out of business, more than 500 employees would lose their jobs.

Dempsey says he is excited to help the company stay afloat, as well as give back something to his character's hometown.

Judicial approval is necessary in any sale of the chain, which has a bankruptcy hearing set for early 2013 in Seattle. 

I have never been to a Tully's, unless I stopped sometime during one of my journey's to California and have forgotten. Any of you readers ever visited them? Are they any good?

'Grey's Anatomy' is in its ninth season, which is currently airing. Is Katherine Heigl still on that show? I cannot stand that woman, ever since she ran her mouth about Judd Apatow - she seemed really ungrateful and I have disliked her ever since.
