We're less than a month away from the long-awaited fourth season of the FX animated spy comedy Archer, and the wait just couldn't feel longer. The season premiere, "Fugue and Riffs," airs Thursday, January 17 -- and along with Justifed, should ensure that January and February sees you parked in front of the FX channel twice a week.
According to FX, the story of "Fugure and Riffs" is as follows: "Archer has amnesia and decides the only cure is a spa weekend." The mustache that Archer sports in this episode also means that we'll be seeing the crossover between this series and H. Jon Benjamin's OTHER series, Bob's Burgers (where Benjamin, who voices Archer in this series, voices the eponymous Bob).
The Bob's Burger's crossover isn't seen in this set of promotional photos for the episode, though -- only Archer and Lana are around, and apparently (surprisingly) enjoying each others' company. Maybe Lana will come to find that she enjoys the amnesiac Archer and will fight against him regaining his memories. Yeah, that seems like something Lana would do.
Check out these promotional photos below, and keep tuning back into TVRage for more Archer news in the weeks leading up to the premiere.
Once again, Archer season 4 will premiere Thursday, January 17 on FX.
