Dr. Frasier Crane and Martin Payne, together at least.

Kelsey Grammer and Martin Lawrence are in discussions to star in and produce a Lionsgate TV comedy series. It would be a multi- camera comedy, with an “odd couple” feel.
The two met in November right before Thanksgiving with Lionsgate. The two actors apparently showed great chemistry.
Grammer might be keeping a lid on the project until his divorce with Camille Grammer is finalized, as she might try to lay claim; she owned half of Grammnet Productions and worked as a creator, writer and executive producer in the production company.
The show would likely use a model established by “Anger Management” with Charlie Sheen: the company sells a sitcom to the cable network with a 10- episode run, and then if ratings are reached, a multi- season order as large as 90 episodes is triggered. That would quickly get the show into syndication. A family sitcom starring George Lopez, using that same model, is also being developed by Debmar- Mercury.
Grammer played Frasier Crane on two shows over 20 years. Martin had his self- titled sitcom on Fox for five years.
Grammer is repped by WME, and Lawrence by UTA.
Kelsey Grammer and Martin Lawrence are like north and south pole. Action by one and responce from another vice versa.
