Perhaps inspired by other NBC comedy “Parks and Recreation,” “30 Rock” will bring in a top politician for its series finale.

Nancy Pelosi will be appearing on the hour- long finale, which was shot last month, on Jan. 31.
It is unknown at this time what the House Minority Leader will be doing on the episode. She told the Washington Post “I would do almost anything Tina Fey asks me to do. I’m flattered that they asked me to make a cameo in the series finale. I had a lot of fun.”
Though Pelosi hasn’t acted before, she did appear as a guest judge on “Top Chef” in August 2010. She has also appeared on political discussion shows as well as shows hosted by Ellen DeGeneres, Rachel Ray, Jay Leno, David Letterman, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert and Charlie Rose.
Ice- T and Julianne Moore will also be on the finale. “30 Rock” has run for seven seasons.
Former Vice President Al Gore, former secretary of state Condoleezza Rice and current New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg have all previously appeared on “30 Rock.”
Vice president Joe Biden appeared on “Parks and Recreation” earlier this season.
