While it is still not known if Howie Mandel will return to the judge's chair on 'America's Got Talent,' the funnyman is still going to be busy in 2013.
TBS has ordered two unscripted series, one coming from Mandel and the other from Mark Burnett.
Mandel's program is called 'Deal With It,' and will be based on a British format. It will be a hidden-camera program, with participants pranking other people who receive instructions from an earpiece. Six episodes have been ordered for the program, which will be produced by Mandel's Alexy Productions, Banca Studio and Keshet, as well as Lionsgate Television.
Burnett's program is 'Trust Me, I'm a Game Show Host.' The series, which got a 10-episode order, will bit two hosts against each other, as they give contestants different answers to questions and the contestants have to decide who is telling the truth. One Three Media and Monkey are producing the series.
TBS has been trying to boost its original content and add more reality programing to its schedule. Earlier the network announced that 'King of the Nerds' and another hidden camera series, 'Who Gets the Last Laugh?', would be joining the broadcast schedule in 2013.
These both sound like they could be pretty decent. Will you watch?
