CBS won Friday in all measures. The "Eye's" line-up remained reliable with Undercover Boss going up a tick from last week, Blue Bloods going down a little from last week's season high, and CSI:NY its own season high from last Friday. ABC's offerings of Last Man Standing, Malibu Country, and 20/20 all went down several tenths.
Dateline NBC dropped yet again. Nikita matched its last new outing, although it still drew only an 0.4 demo. Finally, Fringe ended its fifth and final season by posting nearly identical numbers to last season's finale. Thankfully, fans of the show seem to be largely satisfied with the conclusion of the J.J. Abrams produced series. In today's age of abrupt cancellations at the slightest sign of ratings issues, fans should really be thankful a show as quirky and complexly plotted as Fringe managed to make it to 100 episodes at all. For once, FOX did right by a sci-fi series.
