'Game of Thrones' star talks season 4

We're still a couple of months out from Game of Thrones' third season premiere (March 31), which is one of the most anticipated television events of the year (and rightfully so). Fans really impatient to see more of Westeros (and Essos) only have a little longer to wait. Meanwhile, the production team only has to wait a little longer than that for season 4. Jealous?

Season 4 will kick off filming in June, and some of the show's actors are already excited about the prospect. Aidan Gillen, who plays the slimy Petyr "Littlefinger" Baelish on the series, has already been chatting up his involvement with the fourth season.

“I’m chilling out till June,” he told the Herald. “And then I’m going back to do Game Of Thrones.”

Fans of the book series should be pretty excited by where Littlefinger is going next -- and so is Gillen. The actor, who appeared in last year's 'The Dark Knight Rises,' is excited in particular about one aspect of the fourth season. "It should be a good one," he remarked. "I have a ship in this series which is cool."

The fourth season, which will adapt the second half of 'A Song of Ice and Fire' book three, 'A Storm of Swords' (and maybe some of the fourth/fifth books), will certainly give Littlefinger plenty to do. We won't spoil it for you here, but if you're really curious, we always encourage you to sit down and read the books. They look lengthy, but they fly right by.

Game of Thrones season 3 will premiere on March 31.

I’m chilling out till June. And then I’m going back to do Game Of Thrones. It should be a good one. I have a ship in this series which is cool. That's four sentences. FOUR. And you created news Game of Thrones' star talks season 4 ?! Are you joking ? Hobo on the street can give lengthier interview, worthy of memoir.

The best book of the series and will be the mother of all cliffhangers in TV shows, nothing anybody has ever seen before if adapted properly. I was left speechless for days before I could regroup myself and pick up the next book and same will be ur situation guys. But was wondering how the other major event in the first part would play out considering the fact that the writers messed up s02 a little when compared to the book, hope the ppl who read the books know what i am talking about.
