Ben Falcone, best known for his work as air marshall John on the comedy smash hit Bridesmaids, is heading to NBC.
Falcone has signed on to guest star on Go On, the comedy series that stars Chandler Bing Matthew Perry. He will play Carlo, a guest at Mr. K's (Brett Gelman) dinner party with some anger issues. Carlo throws a wrench into Ryan King's (Perry) efforts to assist one of the group members who is at the dinner party.
The deal is only for one episode, which is the 19th in the shooting order but it is currently unknown when it will air.
In real life, Falcone is married to his Bridesmaids sweet heart, Melissa McCarthy. He appeared on Joey as Howard for more than 10 episodes, but that show was dead on arrival - not Matt LeBlanc's fault!
Falcone is a pretty solid hand and a guy that should have a brighter career than he does. I am not suggesting he should be headlining anything, but he should at least be a regular on a program. Can't Melissa (whose star is still sky high) make it a requirement that he gets juicy parts anywhere she works?
He has also appeared on Happy Endings, Up All Night and will be seen next in "Identity Theft" - which stars McCarthy.
