Primetime Ratings, Saturday, 1/26/13 & Sunday, 1/27/13

Sports returned to Saturday this past weekend, with FOX's showing of a UFC event easily tapping out NBC's broadcast of the U.S. Figure Skating Championships. NBC got its revenge on Sunday, winning the night on the back of the 2012 Pro Bowl. Although even that dropped three tenths from last year.

In non-sports Sunday programming, FOX's Animation Domination block had a bad night. The Cleveland Show dropped a tenth, Bob's Burgers and American Dad dipped three tenths, and Family Guy taking the biggest hit, dropping by four tenths. Only The Simpsons matched its last original episode.

CBS didn't have a great night either, with The Good Wife starting things off with a series demo low. The Mentalist dropping three tenths as well, and 60 Minutes actually dropped a full point and a half from its last new episode. Ouch. ABC filled 9-11pm with Hallmark telefilm The Makeover, which drew a 1.1 demo. Unfortunately, the last Hallmark movie to air in January, A Smile as Big as the Moon, posted a 1.5 demo. In short, not one single show made a ratings rise last night, which is never good.
