A Bravo pilot has found its lead.

Anna Gunn (“Breaking Bad”) will play Rita in the hour- long show of the same name.
Rita is a private- school teacher struggling to raiser three teens and deal with the craziness at the school where she works.
“Rita” is written by Krista Vernoff (“Grey’s Anatomy”). Miguel Arteta (“The Carrie Diaries”) will direct the adaptation of a Danish series. Vernoff, Henrik Bastin, Mikkel Bondesen and Arteta will exec produce. Kristen Campo will co- exec produce.
Gunn played Skylar White on AMC’s “Breaking Bad,” which is completing its final eight episodes. Betsy Brandt from the drama has also been snagged for Michael J. Fox’s new comedy.
“Rita” is produced by Fox TV Studios. It is scheduled to begin filming in the spring.
Bravo also is producing “The Joneses,” its first scripted project. “The Joneses” is based on a film starring David Duchovny and Demi Moore, and the TV version began production at ABC. The film was about a suburban family pushing produce placement on its unsuspecting neighbors.
Gunn has also appeared in “Deadwood” and “The Practice,” as well as Kevin Smith film “Red State.”
Anna Gunn is represented by UTA and the Schiff Co.
