"X Factor" Tate Stevens debuting new song in "Grammys" Pepsi ad
“X Factor” winner Tate Stevens is making good use of his winnings from the series. Tate Stevens will unveil his new song, “Holler If You’re With Me” tonight in a new Pepsi commercial during the 55th Annual Grammy Awards. Part of Stevens’ prize winnings from “X Factor” includes a $5 million recording contract with Syco Music/RCA Nashville, and this new song is a part of that record deal.
The video, which you can watch in full below, is a fun country anthem. Filmed in Simi Valley, California the video features a crowd of fans attending an outdoor Tate Stevens concert in an open field. Car headlights illuminate the scene as the country star stirs the crowd as gets them to ‘holler with him’, if you will.
Stevens, who only officially inked his record deal quite recently, is still in the studio recording music for his debut CD. He has a few compositions currently completed, including a song written by Bradley Gaskin, Jeremy Bussey and Mark Johnson called “Power of a Love Song”.
Last year, an “X Factor” winner also debuted a new song during the “Grammys”. Winner Melanie Amaro performed the classic Aretha Franklin “Respect” in a commercial also starring Elton John.
