Coronation Street's Shobna Gulati and Natalie Gumede have bid an emotional farewell after filming their final scenes yesterday.
Cast and crew are said to have gathered round to present flowers and leaving gifts for the two long-term cast members, with both of the actresses giving heartfelt speeches.
The actresses characters who have not interacted much during their time on the show actually filmed their final scenes together.

Gulati tweeted: “Last day #corrie, first day of another chapter, new beginning new adventure new challenges ooooooooosh.”
Last week Gumede tweeted: “After my final #Corrie filming day next week, I will look back with love, and look forward to new adventures xxx.”
It is speculated whether Kirsty Soames will leave Corrie after on-screen husband, Tyrone Dobbs is not found guilty of beating his abusive wife. Meanwhile, it has been rumoured that Sunita Alahan will perish in the upcoming Rovers fire.
Gumede on-screen husband, Alan Halsall tweeted: “Such a tough day. Saying goodbye to the the amazingly talented @NatalieGumede well only at the cobbles. Nearly finished my scene then beers.”
Sally Denver who plays Sally Webster, tweeted: “@ShobnaGulati love my beautiful cupcake. Will miss you so much. You are such an amazing woman. Go girl go. Xxxx.”
Coronation Steet's Rovers fire is set to air on 18th March.
