A former “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” star is returning to CBS.

Marg Helgenberger will co- star in “Intelligence,” a drama pilot, more than a year after leaving the original “CSI.”
Helgenberger will play Lillian, the director of Cybercom (the United States government’s cybersecurity branch), in the drama about the unit created around an agent with a microchip in his brain allowing him to access the electromagnetic spectrum.
Josh Holloway (“Lost”) will star as Gabriel Black, a former Navy SEAL and intelligence officer; Michael Rady and James Martinez (“Breaking Bad”) co- star.
Michael Seitzman (“North Country”) will write the pilot and exec produce along with David Semel (“No Ordinary Family”). Semel will also direct. Tripp Vinson and Rene Echvarria (“Terra Nova”) are also on board to exec produce the co- production from ABC Studios/ CBS Television Studios.
Helgenberger played Catherine Willows on “CSI” for 12 seasons. She has also appeared on “China Beach” and in features “Mr. Brooks,” “Erin Brockovich” and “In Good Company.”
Holloway played Sawyer on “Lost.”. His TV credits also include Lifetime anthology “Five” and a guest spot on NBC’s “Community.” He also has appeared in features “Mission: Impossible- Ghost Protocol” and “Whisper.”
