Loiter Squad: Check Out Some Photos and a Trailer from Odd Future's New Show

Polarizing rap group Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All (or OFWGKTA) are coming to television in less than a month with the Adult Swim series Loiter Squad. The series will see group leader Tyler, the Creator, alongside Odd Future members Jasper Dolphin, Taco Bennett, and Lionel Boyce. The tone appears to be similar to that of the MTV series Jackass: it's essentially just Tyler and his friends joking around. It's the type of show that will either be really hilarious or crash and burn. 

Quite a few photos from Loiter Squad have been released, featuring the members of the group simply having fun. The main art for the series sees the group dressed as sailors standing on a peer. Other photos see them in various strange situations, including being dressed as tennis-playing females, ice skating, and being in a dentist's office, flossing each other with their feet. The stunts are bizarre and surreal, especially after you see the trailer. 

The trailer features everything from a man in a dolphin suit, one of the Odd Futurites covered in cheese (that is apparently burning his eyes), another making a jelly angel on a giant piece of bread, Tyler riding a bicycle with someone dressed as E.T. in the basket, all intercut with video of Odd Future in concert. For more examples of the odd brand of Odd Future humor, check out the recently released music video for the group's song "Rella," featuring Tyler, Hodgy Beats, and Domo Genesis. The video contains plenty of language and suggestive content, but it also is a clear indicator of the type of humor we're likely to see with Loiter Squad. The song isn't too bad, either.
