Fans of "The Bachelor" won't be deprived of the latest titular reality star for long. After the last episode of the show's season wrapped on Monday night, ABC announced that Sean Lowe will move from the rose ceremony to the ballroom.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lowe has officially signed on for "Dancing With The Stars"' upcoming season, joining fellow reality stars Kellie Pickler and Lisa Vanderpump.
As if that weren't enough, during the "Bachelor" finale which ended with Lowe choosing Catherine Giudici as his bride-to-be, the reality couple announced that they are planning to be wed sooner rather than later, and that the wedding will be shown on ABC.
"I don't see why there would be any waiting period. I want to be his wife," Catherine said on the quick move from proposal to walking down the aisle.
"She's packed her bags," Lowe added, stating that Catherine is in the process of moving to Dallas to join her fiance. "Whatever happens, we're going to do it together."
There is no word on an official wedding date as yet, but one would expect it would have to come some time after Lowe's stint on the dance floor. Perhaps he'll pick up a few moves for the bride and groom's first dance.
