Tonight's episode of FX's Justified might be the third-to-last of the season, but that doesn't mean that the series is planning on sparing us any violence. "Decoy" looks to be an episode fraught with tension, if not outright bloodshed -- and it looks to be downright enjoyable.
Executive producer Graham Yost, naturally, agrees. The episode is “about as fun as any episode we’ve done," the showrunner told Entertainment Weekly. The episode will also see the return of Patton Oswalt's character Constable Bob, the slightly unhinged law enforcement officer whose "go-bag" might just come in handy tonight as the Detroit mob closes in around him, Raylan, Rachel, and Drew/Shelby. First, though, Bob's going to get a little bit roughed up. Check out a video from the episode over at EW.
If you don't want to click over or just simply don't want to watch a video, here's the run down. Raylan and Rachel have holed up Drew in some kind of abandoned building, while Bob shows up, bloodied and barely conscious. "Bob's a tough son of a bitch," Raylan remarks as a helicopter flies overhead. It's not a helicopter belonging to the marshal's service. The Detroit mob is closing in.
Raylan, Rachel, and Bob are outgunned and undermanned -- they don't know how big of a force is going to be showing up at their door, but they assume, probably rightfully, that it's going to be a big one. Drew (Jim Beaver) offers to help, but Raylan shuts him down rather coldly, drawing a clear line between cop and criminal. Drew certainly seems to be reformed, but Raylan very clearly doesn't trust him with a gun.
It certainly looks like it's going to be a nail-biter. Justified airs "Decoy" tonight at 10/9c on FX.
OMG I frakking LOVED C. Bob tonight, him and Tim stole the episode.
Looking very much forward to some hilarious Patton Oswalt action. What a great character he's giving us on Justified. Damn good fun! :)
