Colin Ferguson, best known for playing Jack Carter for a whopping five seasons and seventy-seven episodes of 'Eureka,' is coming back to Syfy--he has been cast in a season-long arc for the upcoming fourth season of 'Haven.'
Based on the Stephen King novella "The Colorado Kid," 'Haven' is a supernatural drama which deals with strange events in a small, fictional town in Maine--called Haven, naturally. In the fourth season of 'Haven,' Ferguson will play William, a handsome mysterious stranger, whose secret agenda leads him to FBI agent-turned cop in the small town of Haven, Main Audrey Parker (Emily Rose).
The fourth season of 'Haven' begins production today in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The season begins six months after the devestating events of the end of the third season, in which the town was pummeled by a violent meteor storm. Will William be investigating the strange occurances in Haven for his own personal gain?
While on 'Eureka,' Ferguson produced and directed several episodes, strengthening his resume behind the camera. A founding member of the Second City improv group in Detroit, Michigan, Ferguson previously starred in the series 'Then Came You' and 'Coupling' before winding up on 'Eureka' in his highest-profile role to date.
