Last night, Angie Miller was sent home from American Idol in a decision that stunned everyone involved. Many viewers considered Miller to be the front runner to win the entire competition. Instead, either Candice Glover and Kree Harrison will be the 12th winner of American Idol.

“It's bitter and sweet,” said Miller. “I definitely thought that with the whole hometown visit and how huge social media has been … I did feel kind of confident that I was going to make it.”

Miller said that despite this set back, this is not the last we will hear of her.Miller

“I'm really excited to start because I know that I want to make albums and be on TV shows and acting and singing more original songs and everything!” she said, adding that the judges praised her at the end.  “They all pretty much said, ‘Girl, this is not over. You're so going to do incredible things.’ Coming from them, that means everything. … They brought me here.”

Do you think the voters made the right decision?

I agree ,the voting has never been decided by the American viewers , it is infact made by idol itself , to try and keep high ratings , even randy cant live the lie any more , that's why he's quitting after this farce season and racial season too , just to let you know , few were fooled by the 3 racist judges and the country puppet .

@tvaholic The winners and losers are created by votes. It is in not the hands of the producers. If losing contestants have talent, then they are scooped up. It's all about making money. As it is the cream rose to the top. Candice should win, that girl is magic.

You mean do we feel the Idol producers made the right choice? I think this is horrible. They have not had a Pop/Rock contestant make it almost to the end in a while. Instead the producers have a Church girl and country girl go to the finale. I am bummed that Angie won't have the cool Million dollars from Idol, but she will definitely make millions with her songs.
