CBS soundly defeated the competition in all measures.
The Big Bang Theory continued its yo-yo like ratings pattern of late, dropping three tenths to a 4.6. Despite this, BBT still easily crushed everything else. Two and a Half Men rose two tenths to a 3.4. Person Of Interest matched last week's series low, but thankfully for fans, it's already been renewed. Elementary also hit a series low, but has likewise already been picked up for next season.
American Idol rose two tenths, as did Glee. The season premiere of ABC's Wipeout manged to strike out with audiences, posting a surprisingly low 1.2. Grey's Anatomy dropped a single tenth. The Scandal success story marched on, with the drama rising a whopping six tenths to a new series high.
The season (and likely series) finale of Community rose a paltry tenth from last week. The Office jumped up a very healthy five tenths, as it nears its home stretch. Sadly for Hannibal fans, the dark drama came in even with last week's 1.1. Dr. Lecter remains firmly on the bubble. The CW's Vampire Diaries and Beauty and The Beast both matched last week's numbers.
