Grammy-winning artist and former member of Destiny’s Child, Kelly Rowland, is in talks to become a new addition to the judges panel on Fox’s The X Factor come this fall. Rowland’s name has been tossed around as a potential choice in previous seasons, but sources are saying that this time she is actively pursuing the role and is currently working on a deal to join the show.
Rowland would be an easy choice to fill a spot on the panel. From her career as a singer and dancer to her on-the-job experience as a judge on the eighth season of the UK’s version of X Factor, she has everything it takes to be a good judge of talent. Rowland’s experience as a member of one of the most successful girl groups in musical history could definitely come in handy. Word is that the panel will likely be made up of three female judges (Demi Lovato has already confirmed that she will be returning) and the show’s executive producer, Simon Cowell.
Final news on which lovely ladies (or gentlemen) will round off the judges table will likely hit the press soon, they are running out of time - season three of The X Factor goes into production on this coming Tuesday. Latin singer Paulina Rubio is reportedly also being considered for the show.
