It was everybody’s favorite TV show about sororities, fraternities and college life at the fictional Cyprus-Rhodes University in Ohio. For four seasons, the large cast of “Greek” captured viewers hearts, and as hard as it was for the characters to say goodbye during graduation, it was just as hard for fans. Let’s take a walk down memory lane and see where our favorite collegiates are today.
1. Actress: Spencer Grammer
Character: Casey Cartwright
Spencer Grammer stepped out from under her father’s wing, actor Kelsey Grammer, and really made a name for herself as Zeta Beta Zeta’s leading lady, Casey Cartwright. She grew up alongside her character, and now Grammer is a married woman and mom to son Emmett Emmanual. After “Greek,” Grammer continued her acting career and starred in “CSI: NY” and “CSI.” Most recently, she can be seen in the movie “In Lieu of Flowers” and will star in the upcoming NBC fall drama, “Ironside,” alongside Blair Underwood.
2. Actor: Scott Michael Foster
He was everybody’s favorite Kappa Tau and slacker who had a lot of heart. After Cappie, Scott Michael Foster hasn’t been shy to continue his love of acting and has appeared in all sorts of TV series. From “Parenthood” to “Melissa & Joey” to “The River” to “Californication” to “The Closer,” Foster has definitely made a name for himself. TV lovers might recognize Foster from his most recent role on ABC’s canceled drama, “Zero Hour,” where he portrayed Arron.
3. Actor: Jacob Zachar
Character: Rusty Cartwright
Jacob Zachar captured “Greek” fans hearts as loveable geek Rusty Cartwright, but where is he today? Well, Zachar hasn’t been seen in too many movies or TV shows, but he’s dabbled in some acting here and there. In 2012, he starred in the film “Detention of the Dead” and made an appearance on “House.” His most recent TV appearances include “CSI” and “Project: SERA.”
4. Actress: Amber Stevens
Character: Ashleigh Howard
In between her bubbly personality and her unique style, Ashleigh Howard sort of became everyone’s best friend, just like she was to Casey. Soon after “Greek,” Amber Stevens wasted no time in the TV world and starred in “Friends with Benefits,” “How I Met Your Mother,” “The Amazing Spider-Man,” “Baby Daddy,” “Ben and Kate” and “90210.” When she isn’t acting, Stevens showcases her love of food on her blog, Amber Eats LA.
5. Actor: Paul James
Character: Calvin Owens
Paul James became a role model for “Greek” viewers when he played gay jock, Calvin Owens. What’s James up to presently? Well, soon after the series ended, James starred in “Torchwood” for five episodes, in the movie “Desecrated” and also appeared in “CSI”: NY” for one episode. Other than that, James remains off of the acting map - for now.
6. Actor: Jake McDorman
Character: Evan Chambers
Before, and during, “Greek,” Jake McDorman was making a name for himself in the acting world when he starred in “Live Free or Die Hard” and in “The Craigslist Killer.” Fans know and love him for playing complicated rich jerk, Evan Chambers, but ever since that role came to a close, McDorman has had his fair share of TV roles including “Memphis Beat,” “The Newsroom” and “Are You There, Chelsea?” In 2013, he starred alongside Emmy Rossum as Mike Pratt on Showtime’s hit dramedy, “Shameless.”
7. Actress: Dilshad Vadsaria
Character: Rebecca Logan
Dilshad Vadsaria was either hated or loved as Rebecca Logan, but one thing remains true: she played the part brilliantly. After the ABC Family hit ended, she hadn’t been seen in too much, but Vadsaria made a recent comeback in ABC’s hit “Revenge.” She played mysterious Padma Lahari, who eventually fell in love with the beloved Nolan Ross played by Gabriel Mann.
8. Actor: Clark Duke
Character: Dale Kettlewell
Since his role as religious virgin Dale Kettlewell, Clark Duke hasn’t let his comedic roots go to waste. From starring in TV show’s like “New Girl” to films like “A Thousand Words” and animated flicks like “The Croods,” Duke continues to shine in the acting world. In addition, “The Office” fans most likely recognize him as Clark, and “Kick-Ass” fans can anticipate his return as Marty in “Kick-Ass 2.”
9. Actor: Aaron Hill
Everybody loves the Beaver! Aaron Hill’s character wasn’t the brightest crayon in the box, but “Greek” fans fell hard for Beaver’s soft side and passionate nature. Ever since Beaver said goodbye, Hill hasn’t been shy to the TV world. He’s appeared in quite a few popular series like “CSI,” “Criminal Minds,” “Glee,” “CSI: NY,” “Perception,” “Rizzoli & Isles,” “NCIS: Los Angeles” and “Castle.” He’s definitely been busy. Regarding his personal life, Hill is currently married to wife Chelsea.
10. Actress: Frannie Morgan
Character: Tiffany Dupont
Talk about a mean girl. Tiffany Dupont was quite successful in getting “Greek” fans to despise her as queen bitch Frannie Morgan. What is she up to now? Her most recent TV credentials include “The Big Bang Theory,” “The Glades,” “CSI: Miami,” “Castle,” “Franklin & Bash,” “Supernatural” and “Hawaii Five-0.”
11. Actor: Michael Rady
Character: Max Tyler
He might have only starred in a few episodes, but Michael Rady made an impact as Casey’s boyfriend, Max Tyler. Well, Rady continues to make an impact in the TV world . He has become quite the accomplished actor by starring in “Melrose Place,” “House of Lies,” “The Mentalist” and “Emily Owens M.D.” His fans can also catch him in the upcoming CBS fall drama “Intelligence,” where he stars alongside Josh Holloway, Marg Helgenberger and Meghan Ory. Rady is currently married to Rachael Kemery. Together they have one son, Ellington.
