Primetime Ratings, Thursday, 5/30/13

Hannibal

FOX won the night in demos, while CBS drew more total viewers.

Hell's Kitchen dropped a single tenth. Week two of Does Someone Have To Go? plunged three tenths to a 1.0, and I predict it will be canceled within five episodes. The previously delayed season finale of Mike & Molly was down 25%, but considering the unusual set of circumstances leading up to it, a comparison isn't exactly fair.

ABC's Wipeout dropped a tenth, as did Motive. Rookie Blue held strong, matching last week's premiere. NBC's Save Me fell to an 0.6, and is pretty clearly getting canceled, it's just a matter of when. Hannibal matched its previous season low of 1.0. One might have hoped for a ratings rise, considering the happy online reaction to its renewal earlier on Thursday.

I would expect Hannibal's second season will fair much better ratings wise next season, as long as they don't have it run into the beginning of summer (when less people are watching overall,) and they don't screw up the entire chronology by yanking episodes to be P.C.
