A “Legend of the Seeker” alumna will soon have an arc on a USA drama.
Bridget Regan will play Rebecca Lowe on “White Collar,” a love interest of Neal Caffrey (played by Matt Bomer). Rebecca Lowe is described as a beautiful rare book scholar. She gets tied up in Neal’s most recent con, and then with Caffrey himself.
Conveniently, Bomer broke up with on-again, off-again girlfriend Sara Ellis (played by Hilarie Burton) on the season four finale.
Regan starred in ABC’s pilot “Murder in Manhattan.” She also has recurred on “Beauty and the Beast” on the CW. She also appeared in “Is He Dead?” and “Children and Art” on Broadway.
Interestingly, she was also reported to have signed on with “Sons of Anarchy” for an arc this upcoming season last week. She would likely have time for both this season.
Regan is represented by TMT Entertainment and Gersh.
In “White Collar,” Caffrey is a charming con man he has become an FBI consultant. Peter Burke (played by Tim DeKay) is a federal agent responsible for keeping him on the straight and narrow.
“White Collar’s” fifth season is currently in production, and will premiere this October.
