USA Renews 'Graceland' for Season Two

It looks like 'White Collar' creator Jeff Eastin might have another long-running show on his hands. USA announced today that it has opted to pick up Eastin's police drama 'Graceland' for a second season.

'Graceland' centers around a group of undercover agents from a smattering of law enforcement agencies (FBI, DEA, ICE) that live an uneasy shared existence in the confiscated California beach house that serves as their headquarters and base of operations. This rather odd sounding premise is actually based on a real law enforcement practice in Southern California. The characters themselves though are fictional creations, despite USA's constant claims of the series being "inspired" by a true story. I guess it all depends on how exactly you define the word 'inspired.'

Rookie FBI agent Mike "Levi" Warren (Aaron Tveit) is surprised to be sent to this house right out of the academy. Things aren't made any more inviting when Mike finds out that his assignment is to investigate one of his superiors at the house, legendary agent Paul Briggs (Daniel Sunjata). Brandon Jay McLaren ('Falling Skies'), Vanessa Ferlito ('CSI: NY'), Manny Montana ('The Chicago Code'), and Serinda Swan ('Breakout Kings') round out the main cast.

The first season finale of 'Graceland,' entitled 'Pawn,' airs Thursday at 10/9c. Are you looking forward to season two? Or do you wish they would have just given 'Common Law' a second season instead?

Graceland is excellent, happy to see it get a second season. Common Law,it was disappointing that it got cancelled. I agree with zootie - shouldn't be a choice between the 2, especially with Burn Notice in it's final season.

It's nice it was renewed. Albeit, I don't know if they can keep up the suspence of the rogue FBI agent.

Common Law deserved better (it shouldn't be a choice between one or the other).

yes this show is GREAT. After Breaking Bad the next best show on TV. Was waiting to hear about this renewal. If people haven't started this they better watch. And if anyone doesn't know Daniel Sunjata from Rescue Me you got see him in this. So glad for the renewal!!
