‘Happy Endings’ alum Adam Pally hasn’t even appeared yet on ‘The Mindy Project’ and he’s already been promoted to a series regular, TVLine has just confirmed.
The hit comedy series, starring the hilarious Mindy Kaling, first announced Pally’s guest-star role in July. He’ll join the show -- now permanently -- as a new doctor at Shulman & Associates, where Dr. Mindy Lahiri (Kaling) works. Judging from his previous roles, it sounds like he’ll fit right in at the New York City OB/GYN practice with the crazy crew that includes Danny, Jeremy, Morgan, Betsy, Beverly and Tamra.
Season 2 of ‘The Mindy Project’ premiered this past Tuesday, where James Franco made his debut as Dr. Paul Leotard, who looks to be weaseling his way into Lahiri’s practice. Uh oh, that doesn’t bode well for Mindy!
Fans can also expect even more guest-stars to appear during the sophomore season, including Glenn Howerton, Timothy Olyphant and Ben Feldman. These men are all set to romance Mindy. Man, she is one lucky lady. Who wouldn’t want all these actors playing your love interest on the small screen?
Are you glad that Pally is getting a happy ending on the small screen? He’ll make his debut on Tuesday, Oct. 1.
You can catch ‘the Mindy Project’ every Tuesday at 9:30/830c on FOX.
