New 'American Horror Story: Coven' Teaser Offers Insight into Witchcraft
Over the past couple weeks, 'American Horror Story: Coven' has released several teasers to the show's highly anticipated third season (some of which will really test your gag reflex). However, other than knowing it has something to do with witches, not much has been revealed about the plot...until now, that is.
In a recently released trailer, fans get a 30-second sneak peek at the wickedness that's to come of FX's third installment — with Jessica Lange dealing out some hard truths when it comes to being a witch. "When witches don't fight, we burn," Lange's character, Fiona, eerily warns.
The teaser also highlights new witch Zoe (Taissa Farmiga) getting shipped off to the witch school for protection, but it's no Hogwarts. Tthough that would be a pretty awesome twist, wouldn't it?) Danger lurks around every corner as an unknown evil lies in wait. And while there's still many questions to be answered regarding what's to become of our main characters, one thing's for certain — something wicked this way comes.
If you look closely, you can also catch glimpses of Kathy Bates as real life serial killer Madame LaLaurie and Angela Bassett as a voodoo queen. Get pumped, folks. It's going to be one hell of a season. Check out the video below and see for yourself:
'American Horror Story: Coven' premieres Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 10/9c on FX. Don't miss out on a wicked good time!

I'm so freakin' excited about this, can't wait. From all the teasers it looks like it's gonna be as awesome as the first season (i liked season 2 but never loved it like the first season)

I'm hooked. Looks like the same great production values of the first two seasons. I just love this seasonal anthology show model. It's like reading a great series of horror novels from a great author. Each one is different, but extremely satisfying.
