NBC and CBS split the Friday victory.
'Dateline' matched last week's 1.3. The season premiere of 'Grimm' earned a healthy 1.8, down slightly from last year's season opener (which aired on a Tuesday), but up slightly from the series' first Friday airing. The series premiere of 'Dracula' did very well, posting a 1.8. This represents NBC's highest rating in the Friday at 10 p.m. timeslot since way back in early January.
'Undercover Boss' dipped two tenths to a 1.6, but still won the 8 p.m. slot. 'Hawaii Five-0' and 'Blue Bloods' both matched last week's numbers. 'Shark Tank' came in even with last week's 2.0, and remains Friday night's best rated individual show. '20/20' rose three tenths to a 1.5.
'MasterChef Junior' rose a smidge for FOX. The sophomore premiere of The CW's 'The Carrie Diaries' disappointed in a big way, garnering a paltry 0.3 demo. That's a drop from both what the first season premiere, and first season finale drew. A Katy Perry special did even worse, putting up a meager 0.2.
