FOX rode the "Fall Classic" to victories in both the 18-49 demo and total viewers.
The sixth and deciding game of the 2013 World Series drew a mammoth 5.7 rating, up big from what Monday's game 5 earned. 'Survivor' dropped a single tenth to a 2.3, setting another new series low. 'Criminal Minds' fell three tenths to a 2.4. 'CSI' continued the downward trend for CBS, dipping four tenths to a 1.7.
'The Middle' matched last week's 2.2 for ABC. 'Back in the Game' matched last week's 1.7, and is squarely on the cancel/renew bubble at this point. Airing without a new 'Modern Family' as its lead-in for the first time, 'Super Fun Night' plunged four tenths to a 1.7. 'Nashville' still hasn't stabilized, tumbling down to an incredibly weak 1.4. 'Nashville' is a total goner at this juncture, stick a fork in it, it's done after this season.
'Revolution' matched last week's 1.4, its series low, and is so far past canceled that it isn't even funny. What a colossal disappointment this show turned out to be for NBC. Their first hit in several years, and it just falls off a cliff in season two. The CW's 'Arrow' and 'The Tomorrow People' both dropped ever so slightly, posting a 0.8 and a 0.6 respectively.
