The (Not-So) ‘Success’ful Celebrity Apprentice – You Earned it!
Only in the wonderful land of TrumpDom, can we see the crazy antics of Arsenio Hall being straddled by Aubrey O’Day, Clay Aiken’s long suppressed hormones going wild (and possibly harassing a male model), Dayana Mendoza crying to get naked, and of course yet another Trump Creation modeled after none other than The Trumpster himself.
On last night’s episode of Celebrity Apprentice on NBC, the two teams were tasked with creating a display for Donald’s new fragrance, ‘Success’. Now I know what you are thinking and I say to you - Stop it people, STOP! Mr. Trump is not arrogant! That is not part of the Trump Image, or so Erik Trump says. Don just likes to help other men feel that feeling of power, self-importance, pride (scratching my head)…um that’s not arrogance right?
Aubrey O’Day, with her many nuances, was a good project manager and delivered a great presentation. I feel that the functionality of her display secured the win. What do you think?
Project Manager, Clay Aiken, brought Dayana and Penn Jillette into the boardroom with him. Although Clay should have been sent packing for OK’ing every bad decision and for his presentation, the intriguing Penn Jillette was F-I-R-E-D! His offense? He came up with the display/cologne slogan, “You earned it.” Which of course is WAY to pompous for Trump!
The episode had me in hysterics with its endless absurdities and Celebrity antics; here are some great one-liners:
“Once the model showed up, we put him in a shirt and tie and tried to do him,” stated Clay Aiken.
“I just want everybody naked,” said Dayana and Clay’s Response, We will find a way to get you naked at some point.”
It’s surprising to think that I’m the one that has the bigger balls of the two of us,” Clay Aiken vs. Penn Jillette.
The line to motivate all us to get great educations full of grammar lessons, English and literature from Donald Trump himself, “Well, he’s got a big career going, and it will continue to go, only get bigger.” Well said, Donald.
The return of old man George Ross and his grumpy ways was a purely pleasurable experience and cannot be summed up with a one liner! I sure do love me some Georgie!
“I can tell you the rules of chess, but I can’t tell you the rules of Celebrity Apprentice. That’s what’s beautiful about It.” – Penn Jillette
