Matthew Perry Is Reuniting with Courteney Cox on 'Cougar Town'

Courteney Cox and Matthew Perry

It may be hard to get all six members of the Central Perk gang together again, but Monica and Chandler are about to share the TV screen once more with a little 'Friends' reunion of their very own. (*Clap, clap, clap, clap*)

TBS just announced that Matthew Perry will reunite with his former on-screen wife, Courteney Cox, by making a special guest-star appearance on her TBS hit show 'Cougar Town.' Could we BE any more excited? (The answer is we couldn't.)

No details have been released yet as to who exactly Perry will be playing, but his episode is expected to air towards the end of the show's fifth season, which will premiere in early January. (Does anyone else think that sounds way too far away?)

If you stalk follow all the 'Friends' stars like we do, you'll recall that Perry lured Cox over to guest star in his short-lived NBC comedy 'Go On' just last season, so it only makes sense that the actor wanted to return the favor. Even after all this time, they're still there for each other. Adorable! (Cue the 'Friends' theme song!)

But Perry isn't the first "friend" to stop by Cox's TBS comedy. Lisa Kudrow and Jennifer Aniston have both made appearances in 'C-Town' as well, which means you're next, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer! (Seriously, let's make this happen.)

Are you excited to see Mr. and Mrs. Bing reunite on the small screen once more? Who do you think Perry should play? Our vote is for a mysterious flame from the past looking to rekindle their former spark. (Hey, we can dream, can't we?) Hit the comments below and let the speculation begin!

'Cougar Town' will launch its fifth season on Tuesday, Jan. 7 at 10/9c on TBS.

They should do a mini story arc where he just might be Travis' biological dad. That'll throw the Cobb salad into the spinner for a bit. The two actors even have a bit of a similar look around the forehead, enough to possibly play father and son for an episode.
