A USA actor is heading back to his ABC roots! ‘Covert Affair’s Christopher Gorham, known for playing CIA Agent Auggie Anderson, has just been cast on ‘Once Upon a Time,’ EW.com exclusively reports.
Apparently, Gorham’s character is quite important, but he will only appear briefly. However, this doesn’t mean the role won’t lead to a recurring or permanent gig. The mysterious casting seems to be a key character in the land of Storybrooke or Neverland or the Enchanted Forest or whatever other magical land the hit series takes us to next.
EW.com also reveals that despite the quietness from producers, it's said that Gorham will play an “important character in the life of Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison).”
What does that mean? Maybe it has something to do with this recent news from TVLine? According to the entertainment site, who spoke with ‘OUAT’ co-creators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis, Henry’s (Jared Gilmore) family tree will grow “by two spaces” by the end of Season 3. Does this mean Gorham is somehow related to Emma and her fairytale family? I guess we'll have to wait and see.
We can expect to see Gorham pop up in the 12th episode of this season.
Before starring in ‘Covert Affairs,’ Gorham was spotted on the short-lived ABC comedy ‘Ugly Betty,’ in addition to the thrilling miniseries ‘Harper’s Island.’ Who do you think Gorham will play on the charming series?
‘Once Upon a Time’ airs Sundays at 8/7c on ABC.
