It looks like Sarah Braverman (Lauren Graham) might have to deal with yet another former love. That’s right, John Corbett is making his way back to NBC’s drama ‘Parenthood,’ TVGuide.com exclusively reports.
Corbett is known for playing Sarah’s ex-husband Seth and even more popular for being a recovering alcoholic who doesn’t have the greatest relationship with his children, Drew (Miles Heizer) and Amber (Mae Whitman).
Speaking of Amber, she’s the one who’s going to run into her somewhat estranged father (remember when she told Seth to stay away from Sarah?), during Episode 13. Amber will come face to face with Seth at the restaurant he works, while she’s also battling it out with another customer.
Do you think Amber is going to seek advice from Seth about her current fiance, Ryan (Matt Lauria)? She might need it, especially after last week’s episode ended with Ryan getting in a massive fight with the band that’s recording at The Luncheonette.
Corbett isn’t the only former flame of Sarah’s making his return. Last month it was announced that Jason Ritter would also be popping up as Mark Cyr in Episode 19 airing April 24.

‘Parenthood’ airs Thursdays at 10/9c on NBC.
