CBS won the night in all measures on a characteristically slow Thanksgiving Eve.
'Survivor' fell three tenths to a 2.2. 'Criminal Minds' dropped four tenths to a 2.4. 'CSI' dipped a single tenth to a 2.0. Of course, holiday eves or days always see big drops, so it's actually encouraging that CBS' programs held up as well as they did.
'The X-Factor' plunged to a worse degree, decreasing half a point to a 1.2 for FOX. NBC's 'The Making of The Sound of Music Live' earned a 1.0, down sharply from what a new 'Revolution' earned in the same slot last week. A 'Saturday Night Live' Thanksgiving special drew a 1.6. ABC chose to broadcast a night of reruns, while The CW opted to air the classic holiday film 'Planes, Trains & Automobiles.'
